Hi,
Recently I want to manage my order, but I was unable to do it. Already go to https://tickstory.onfastspring.com/account to manage my order, put my email assosiated to my account, press Continue and there's text says "An email was sent with instructions for accessing your account". Check my email but nothing's there. Did this several times but the result was the same.
This email is where I got when I was buying Tickstory.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
Already check it several times, but nothing's there. Since when 1st time I get the confirmation email from tickstory and fastspring.com, they go directly to my inbox.
Re-tried this morning, intercept on the inbox, spam/junk, trash folder, but nothings there.

It's unusual for this to occur. The common reasons for not receiving an email is either that it's gone to the spam folder, an email box is full or your email server is blocking the email due to it being suspected as spam.
In any case, we've followed up with you directly via email to help you further. If you can't see this email, then please respond here. It means for some reason, emails are not getting through to you.

Hi,
It seems that something's happened. Your email is not going through. Not in junk, not in the trash, nothing. Funny though...Last time, before this one, it was all fine. I could get the activation code, invoice etc. but the last purchase, none.
So how can I fix this??can I change my email??

Hi Kumoro,
We sent the email on the 21st November using Gmail as the sending service, so our side should not be the problem (no rejection of our email occurred AFAIK). The subscription email being sent to you is coming from another service so it would appear that something is happening on your side. If you send us a private message (top right menu), we can update your email address.

554 5.7.1 [CS01] Message rejected due to local policy. Please visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204137
