Helo,

i have read an old forum entry from 2015, which tells the programm is only working under NET 3.5. Is this still true? I have the newest NET Framwork installed.

The installation worked fine. Double click the program, a short circle spinning around and then nothing. Even after restart of the computer. My computer is runnung under win10. How can i run the programm?

Tickstory now uses the latest Microsoft .NET 4.8.x framework which you need to have installed on your machine for the application to work. Usually the installation setup will check this for you, however if your install is corrupted, you might have this sort of a problem. You can manually try running the .NET 4.8 Framework Runtime installation and see if that helps/fixes the issue. Also, please make sure that there is no anti-virus that is blocking Tickstory from running. If you check Windows Task Manager, it might give you further hints about whether it is running or not.

Your issue might relate to a bug with multilanguage in v1.9.8.4 we are tracking it here and will have a resolution shortly.
