Tickstory

I know this has been discussed before but I am having trouble launching MT4 from within TickStory. I keep getting the following errors: http://screencast.com/t/5eu4OsnP2y

Hi DMFX,

What Build is your MT4? Can you try pressing the F8 (Launch) key again after MT4 has started and see if this resolves your issue?

Ensure you have applied the license you were issued by email in Tickstory's Help->License menu option.

I have build metatrader version 840 with Darwinex and am getting same unable to launch issue, I didn't receive an email and cant find Tickstory's Help->License menu option.
Any help much appreciated thanks.
