I think I finally solved the problem with the launcher
now it does not appear the most usual error screen ...
but 'unfortunately I have another problem: it does not export any file from tickstory to mt4

Hi Gaudiofx,

The folder you have specified in the export does not permit you to write to it. Make sure you specify the full pathname, for example C:\Users\Gaudio\Documents\{Symbol}.csv. Check the folder exists and that you have permission to write to it.

I use to time your tickstory and I know how to set it .. but its not working now

Have you closed your MT4 terminal before attempting to export? MT4 locks the files preventing them from being written.
