Re: Persistent downloads queue status
Hi tickstory, I'm referring to the "Download" function, yes, I know it populates the begin date for me, and it is very useful. :) But, as I stated in my previous message, this is not enough for me. Let say I scheduled 20 downloads, 20 specific assets, one by one, from the last downloaded d...

Pause and resume downloads
Hi,
It would be very useful a way to pause downloads (specific or all) and resume them as needed.
For example, if we've got a DSL connection problem, we can pause everything, fix the problem, than resume downloads.
It avoids a long list of errors in the log pane and saves time.
Thanks
Daniele

Easily retry failed downloads
Hi, It would be nice a feature letting us retry downloading files logged with errors (maybe by right clicking over the log line -> "retry" or "retry all"). In that way, if the cause of the error is temporary, we can easily recover the downloads without creating a new one. Imagine...

Re: Tickstory does not re-download data
Hi Daniele, The storage folder names have a zero-based month index. Therefore, '6' is actually July. If you download the month of July 2018, it will back-fill the missing information. Essentially (and without needing to concern yourself with the details of how the data is stored), we have designed ...

Re: Python/Java/etc API
Hi, I want to be able to automatically download and export the data each day. There doesn't seem to be a way to programmatically do this at the moment. Is it planned? Thanks Hi Goatseer, it should be fairly easy. 1) Write a loop that every day download URLs like this " http://datafeed.dukascop...

Re: TickStory generates bad data when all fxt deselected
I had the same problem today with Tickstory lite version 1.1.0.0. I tried to export data to MT4 history. Because I don't need FXT files, I deselected them all. Moreover I did some other export configuration changes, like timezone. Tickstory_export_config_1.png Then i loaded the .mt4config to match m...
