Hi I got a new computer. I had Tickstory on my pc and my laptop and just got a new laptop. How do I get a new license key or the same but apply it to the new laptop ?

Hi Gsolomos,

Your license key can be used on a maximum of 2 two devices that you own. If you want to uninstall the software from one of them, please give us the "Support ID" from the one you want to keep and we will disable the other. You can find your Support ID on the Help->About/License boxes. If you need to install the software on more than 2 machines, you will require an additional license.

But I can’t uninstall from my old laptop as it broke. Can I just input my licenses key into the new laptop ?

Hi Gsolomos, no problem. We can work with the Support ID with the PC that is currently active.
Based on the information given, we've freed up a license that we believe is your old PC.
