Thanks for the report. The error is caused by not being able to access the default config file when the application is stored in the "C:\Program Files" folder. The best way forward is to "Save As.." into a writeable folder such as "Documents". You can then load the mt4config file as you require.

Just in case you were not aware, Tickstory now can automatically acquire all the MT4 broker information for a particular symbol. All you need to do is select it in the "MT4 Settings->Map To" pull-down menu. Once you select it, all the settings for that symbol will automatically populate in relevant fields.
