missing chart Tck data

After Downloading my tick data, MT4 for back testing I continue to receive this image with no data, ticks or anything on my chart. The Tickstory team continues to blame my EA developer and refuses to acknowledge even the possibility that its them, they have Closed my concern.[/img] and my EA DEVELOPER {NORDMAN ALGORYTHMS} states that its not their fault. I've even tried reducing my DATE RANGE WITH NO LUCK. Can someone help me to know what am i doing wrong? {please see FILE}

As we have repeatedly tried to explain, there is an error in your EA that is clearly shown in the MT4 Journal. If you would like others to assist you will need to post a screenshot of this error along with the source code. It is unlikely that anyone can assist you further without this information.
