No email after purchase (iCloud not supported issue)
Hi, I have purchased the subscription but so far I have not received anything to activate the software. Can you help? I can provide Order ID

Thanks for contacting us and for your recent purchase. We've noticed that you have used an iCloud email address for your purchase. Unfortunately Apple/iCloud services are dropping our emails without any reason. We have tried to resolve this with Apple to no avail. We would appreciate it if you raised this with Apple to hopefully help them understand that their email services are not functioning correctly. This is unfortunately been widely reported by iCloud users but Apple are ignoring the issue.
In the mean-time, we have instead redirected your licensing information to your Gmail address instead. If you can't see your license information, please check your Gmail's Spam folder just to make sure it hasn't been placed there.
If you continue to have issues, please let us know.
