I have a problem trying to download the 1.6 version for TickStory Lite. Seems that the link is not longer working. How may I get the correct Link in order to install the purchased program?

Could you please email us your order details and/or email address (we can't find any order with your forum email address) so we can follow this up? Usually the link will expire within 7 days, I assume that this is not the case?

You guys make frustration for you users hiding full version installation file ... I already paid for your product and when I want to download I am linked all the time to BUY page again. It seems it is for everyone! Why you do that? After my PC formatted I need new installation and there is no fast way to do it ... No CONTACT in your page either! I am forced to waste my time and register to forum to ask stupid question how to get installation file .... SO HOW DO I GET it??? Where do I need to contact you?? after that I will be forced to wait for answer and you will ask me again my paid email bla bla ... and will be forced to wait the link and will not be able to work in the meant time.

The download link for the software is the same one that was originally emailed to you upon purchase. We have re-sent the email again for your reference. Please note that this link is almost 10 years old now and that version of the software is no longer supported. The download link may also be expired by our host, so if you wish to continue to have this installation file, please archive it locally.
If you wish to upgrade, we have sent you a private message to assist you. There have been numerous changes to the software since your purchase including updates to make it compatible with third-party data-sources.
Regarding our contact page, you can find it here which contains a link at the bottom to send a direct message to us.
