tick data can not excute mt4

I buy your software, but I can not use it
I set my mt4 file path and launch it, but it shows can not find my metatrader version
How to solve it?

Hi RayShen,

Could you please confirm that you have gone to File->Settings in Tickstory and set your MT4 Installation directory in the MT4 Settings tab? The Installation directory should be something like "C:\Program Files (x86)\Metatrader" and once you select this, the Data Folder specification will automatically be set.
