This is information on FXCM Broker Website:

On MT4, new daily candles will begin at midnight for the time set on that server. By setting the server to GMT +2 (or GMT +3 for Daylight Saving Time), midnight on MT4 will now occur at the same time as 5 pm ET, also known as New York close.

Which one I should select when export data ?

Hi Dominic,

If your broker is using "New York Trading Hours" as its timezone, then there is an option for this timezone at the top of the "timezone" selection box in Tickstory. By choosing this option, Tickstory will automatically shift the GMT offset for daylight savings to match the description you have given.

Hope this helps.
