Difference between Download and Export to MT4

Hi Support,
I have read thru the whole TickStory FAQ but I am still not sure what is the difference between "Download" and "Export to MT4".
Does is it mean I have to "Download" first, and then followed by "Export to MT4"?
Would appreciate your advice, thank you.

Hi Dave,

The "Download" feature merely retrieves data from the web and stores it locally for later use. The Export to MT4 option does the 'Download' function and exporting data in the same step. Use the 'Download' feature if you want to get the latest data but not export it.
