problems launching MT4 out of TS

Helo,

I bought and downloaded the newest version of tickstory.

I downloaded and exported the ticks to my MT4.

However, when I try to launch, the attached error message appears.

Please help.

seems that the download link is v1.7....however I would need v1.82....

please be so kind to send it to me at earliest convenience!

Hello,

We have resent your link - you can check your version in Help->About. Please note that you need to apply the new license you were issued if you have upgraded from v1.7 to v1.8.x.

hi....I updated to v182....

but the issue persists..............my MT4 is Build 988.........

please help

Could you please confirm that you have applied your new license correctly? Can you please show a screenshot of the new error message if it has changed?

yes....is v182.......other clients here seem to have the same issue..

Hi Fractalfreak,

Again, could you please carefully read & respond to each point:

- Has your license has been applied correctly (i.e. do you have an "unlocked" padlock on the main Tickstory toolbar)?
- Do your clients each have a separate license to run Tickstory?

If the answers to the above are both 'yes', please send a screenshot of:

1) Your settings in File->Settings->MT4 Settings
2) The error message you are getting.
