Hours displaced when exported data from Tickstory to MT4

Post by boscorelli91 »

Dear fellowes,

I'm having trouble for finding the data at the proper hours. When I launch MT4 for the first time (as recently installed), it will show at the most by two weeks from now at the maximum timeframe (M1). So I tried to first downloading data from the MT4 itself and it goes perfect, it adds a little more of data.

The problem comes when I try to export data from Tickstory to the MT4. As it appears that the data is almost identical...except for one fact: It's displaced by three (3) hours early. So as you can imagine, all the sessions are displaced.

I can't find why this might be. I already tried to add UTC+3 when exporting again data from Tickstory...but it won't work.

Anybody had this problem?

Thanks for your help!

Well, didn't get response, but if it helps anyone: I tried closing and opening MT4 while I downloaded again from Tickstory (I added one day more so it was different) and then putting the timezone to UTC+3.

Hopefully it worked out! Timezones are back there where they are supposed to be. Thanks anyways!
