I am not getting 99.9% Even after read FAQ

Hello,
Thank you for your product which I purcased,

I am still not get getting 99.9% quality,

What i did:
1)Download EURUSD data in TIckstory for last month.
2)Exported it to my MT4 (Alpari server)
3)Start Metatrader with F8
4)Quality 90% in tester

I did not change anything in settings during export to MT3 step,use default.

I dont know what to do?
Help me please!

Hi Alhoya,

When you get something other than 99.9% quality, it means that MT4 is not using Tickstory data for some reason.

Could you provide us with some further details including:

1) Have you applied your license in the Help->License menu?
2) Are you getting any error when you launch MT4 via Tickstory? And, if not;
3) Have you correctly mapped to your MT4 symbol if it is not exactly named "EURUSD"?
4) Is your Tickstory File->Settings->MT4 Data Folder matching the same folder shown when you select MT4's File->Open Data Folder option?

Some screenshots of the Strategy Tester "Settings" tab would be useful as well.
