I was unvailable due to my work. I didn't recieve any email news about the new update of tickstory.
I noticed that the mail was in my spam box and, as an old customer, I had a discount. Unfortunatly, the time has passed and I would like to know if I can use it for buying the new software Tickstory.

Hi Jet_Toyco, unfortunately subscriptions cannot be resumed ad-hoc and/or if they are cancelled and will require a re-purchase of a new license. We'll follow up in an email with some more details to assist you further.
