Tickstory LIte 1.9.7.9 Issue (Maximum days export error)

I have been using the tickstory app for months. Today, I'm trying to launch mt4 from the tickstory app and am facing a launch error. Please find attachment of the screenshot for the error msg. I tried clearing history, uninstall/reinstall, only one week download for test and regardless, it shows this error when I click on Launch Metatrader in Tickstory.

Hi Zyngakiwi.

This error indicates that there are some data files that are greater than 365 days in your MT4 installation.
You can resolve this issue by going to File->Open Data Folder in MT4 and browsing to tester/history. You can then remove all the *.fxt files in this location (you can back them up if you are unsure what they do). After that, please re-export data (less than 1 year) and the launcher should work without any issue.

I deleted the entire history in the tester folder a couple of times. As proof, I attach that only TikStory files are loaded there after.

As you can see, there are no 365 days.

Hi Trustoff,

The Lite version also has limitations on the amount of data that can be processed (i.e. ~2gb). Depending on the symbol, this could mean that less than 1 year is available. For an active symbol like XAUDUSD, if you reduce your export range from 1st Jan 2024 to 1st Aug 2024 this should resolve the issue.
We will look at extending this in the next version.
