Hi, I purchased the standard subscription two months ago, paying the full amount of the subscription, but in addition to the price of the subscription that I have already paid, I am paying €11.95 every month and I don't understand why?

The initial license cost unlocks full access to the software. The monthly subscription gives you access to on-going access to our fast data servers, fast processing speeds, software updates, technical support and a license to use our Advanced Tester module (subscription features are noted by a yellow check-mark on our download page).
As an aside, please note that we could not find your license with the email address you have provided. In order to prioritise your queries accordingly, could you please provide us with the email details that match your license?
