New Installation for a new computer
Hello, I bought a new computer and I would like to install my tickstory software that I purchased a while, how can I do this? I have the key and I am signing now with the same registered email. Thanks.

Hi Khalidaldarawy,
You should be fine to install and activate the software on your new PC. Do be aware that your subscription has expired which means that you are no longer eligible for support and the most recent software updates. If you would like to update your subscription, you can easily do so by going to Help->About in Tickstory and clicking the Renew button. Once renewed, the same download link will give you the latest version of the software.

Hi Neouae,
Could you please go to File->Settings->Dukascopy Data Store in Tickstory and click the "Test" button and let us know the results?
If you are getting anything other than a "Success" message, could you please firstly check that there is no anti-virus or firewall that could be blocking Tickstory's ability to make an internet connection?
