Please quickly update the TickStory launcher so it can be used with MT4 version 1440 (15 Feb 2025). The update cycle for the TickStory launcher is too slow. I purchased it today with the intention of using it, but it isn’t working because MT4 hasn’t been updated. I’ve used TickStory before, but after a few days when MT4 updates, it stops working for quite a while; even if it works briefly, it soon becomes unusable again after an MT4 update. This issue is very serious. A prompt resolution is needed so that consumers can use TickStory as much as they have paid for.

Please use your download link to acquire the recently released Tickstory v1.9.8.7 which supports MT4 Build 1440.
Please note that we are not privy to when/how MT4 releases are made and only aware of them as they are made available to the general community. Adding lead-time to this, not all brokers provide the update at the same time and Metaquotes don't always update their changelog (Build 1440 was only announced 2 days ago and 1436 was never announced at all) so there will always be a delay in us knowing that an update as occurred. That said, once we are aware of the update we treat it with the utmost priority, usually providing an update within 24 hours (even on weekends) assuming there is no elaborate coding and/or testing required which could add extra time to this estimate.
For the above-mentioned reasons, we try to emphasize to users (including in our EULA) that we cannot provide any guaranteed timeframe for when we can provide an update. If your requirements are time critical, we highly recommend you suppress any MT4 updates as this will allow you to continue testing until the new version of Tickstory is ready.
